Most importantly was the ability to get someone out to my house within a couple of hours. Extremely important for emergency plumbing problems. Some advertise "same day" but can't deliver. Very impressive! And extremely nice and professional plumber.

Excellent service, especially for a Saturday morning. We were having a dinner party that night when our garbage disposal broke and our kitchen sink clogged. The serviceman was friendly, explained each problem and fixed them. We are very happy. We will be calling Roto-Rooter again soon for a clogged shower.

Ken was an excellent plumber. He arrived within 30 minutes after I called for service. I was surprised since it was not an emergency. He fixed my plumbing problem and took the time to put protective covering on the piping, even though it never had any to begin with. That is what I call going the extra mile. Thanks!

Thank you Roto-Rooter! I have been trying to solve the plumbing issue with the condominium association for over a year. A total of six plumbers from other plumbing companies came to both the upstairs neighbor's and my apartment to evaluate the problem before Roto-Rooter determined where in the wall the pipe was leaking. He was able to fix the problem for good.
